IL3.1D - Environmental Variable Modelling for Production Tests

A time-series analysis web application for modelling environmental variables that influence heat-pump production tests. The system analyses sensor data such as pressure, temperature and humidity and is integrated into the GRCA framework and Control Tower.

  • Main Gain(s): Environmental impact analysis, More robust interpretation of quality tests, Time-series sensor analytics, GRCA integration

  • Core Contributions: Universidade de Aveiro (coord. Prof. Eugénio Rocha; support Diogo Costa) with Bosch Termotecnologia, S.A. (coord. Eng. Nelson Ferreira)

Use Cases:

  • Environmental sensor data from production-line contexts, including pressure, temperature and humidity

    • Start TRL: TRL 3

    • Final TRL: TRL 6

Main Features

  • Time-series analytics for environmental sensor data
  • Correlation studies between environmental variables and quality-test results
  • Analysis of pressure, temperature and humidity effects on testing processes
  • Reuse of the analytical architecture developed for process-factor modelling
  • Integration into the GRCA framework and Control Tower
